Course selections will be requested in advance, and tables assigned. Please expect an email request within 24 hours after purchase.
Romance is in the air at Marble + Rye located in the heart of downtown Buffalo, NY. This popular and eclectic restaurant is hosting a private 3-Course Vegan Valentine's Dinner featuring ambient lighting, brick walls, hardwood floors, and artsy cocktails. Craft beer and selections of whiskey and premium spirits also available.
First Vegan Course (Choose One)
-Spicy Cucumber Salad- Shaved Cabbage, Crispy Broad Beans, Roasted Peanuts, Chili Oil, Fresh Ginger, Garlic, Rice Wine Vinegar, Sesame, Cilantro
-Roasted Garlic Hummus- Seasonal Pickled + Roasted Vegetables, Focaccia Crisps, Zaatar
Second Vegan Course (Choose One)
-Cavatelli Pasta- Vodka Sauce, Roasted Mushrooms, Fresh Herbs + ‘Parmesan’
-Chickpea + Cashew Masala- Jasmine Rice, Indian Spiced Stewed Chickpeas, Pickled Red Onion, Fresh Cilantro, Roasted Cashews, Coconut Yogurt
-Detroit Style Pizza- NUMU Mozzarella Cheese, Red Onion + Jalapeño, House Red Sauce, ‘Parmesan’
Third Vegan Course (Choose One)
-Mexican Hot Chocolate Mousse, Strawberry Coulis, Cinnamon Shortbread

The Vegan Valentine's Dinner at Marble + Rye must sell a minimum of 43 tickets by February 5, 2024. If threshold not met, all ticket sales will be immediately refunded. Ticket sales are limited to 50 people.
